“As an African American educator its very important for me to pass on the legacy that was given to me from my former teachers. There were times where we werent able to have education or go to college. Just the fact that we have that opportunity now, we really need to take advantage of that. The kids wont know that unless we educate and express that to them or show them by example.” -Michelle
