A reflection on the duality of identity, where who we are in the workplace isn’t always who we are at home. Inspired by the experience of a Black woman navigating healthcare during Covid, one side showcases the professionalism of straightened hair, grounded in the facts of the CDC and McKinsey Institute. The other side, in gold and purple, honors the regal strength of Black womanhood, shaped by the wisdom of authors who have inspired the journey.
